Article 4 - Returns and refunds

4-a - Withdrawal from the contract. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Parentini without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within seven (7) days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
The customer can withdraw from the contract by following the procedure in the customer area.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is sufficient to keep a copy of the transport document with which the goods were delivered.
All products have an identification tag applied with a disposable seal. The customer is required not to remove the tag and the related seal from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part, if he wants to return the goods.
Parentini in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the tag, or that have been altered in their essential characteristics and quality or that have been damaged.
The right of withdrawal in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the previous points, is properly exercised if the following conditions are met:
a. the Return Form must be correctly completed and sent electronically to Parentini exclusively through access to the customer area of the www.parentini.com website, in the dedicated section within seven (7) days from receipt of the product;
b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with disposable seal;
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
e. returned products must be sent to Parentini in a single shipment. Parentini, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and sent at different times;
f. the returned products must be delivered to the courier within seven (7) days from the date on which the products were received.
Shipping costs will be charged to the user.
If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the procedures indicated in the point “a”, Parentini will accept the return of the product specifying to the customer the procedure and the document to be given to the courier when he withdraws the goods.
After receiving the article and checking the terms indicated in points "b, c, d, e, f", Parentini will refund the customer for any sum already collected for the purchase of the products, deduced the shipping costs.
For returns from countries outside the EU, shipping costs and any customs duties will be charged to the user, and Parentini will refund the customer for any sum already collected for the purchase of the products, deduced the shipping costs and any customs costs.
The amounts paid will be refunded via Paypal in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which Parentini became aware of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above.
The right of withdrawal may be exceptionally exercised, by way of derogation from the provisions mentioned above within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, only in the case of manifest defects that emerged after the use of the product. In this case it is exclusively for Parentini to recognize its truthfulness and accept the return by the Customer.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to reimbursement of the sums already paid; however, the Customer, at his own expense, will be entitled to have back the products in the state in which they were returned to Parentini.

Article 4-b - Change of goods. Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods Parentini offers the customer the opportunity to change the item with one of size (or color, in case the purchased item is not available in the required size) different from the one received .

The customer can request the change of the article following the procedure presented in the customer area.

To exercise the right of replacement, it is sufficient to keep a copy of the transport document with which the goods were delivered.

The authorization to change, in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the previous points, is granted if the following conditions are met:
a. the goods replacement form must be correctly completed and sent electronically to Parentini exclusively through access to the customer area of the www.parentini.com website, in the dedicated section within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product;
b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with single-use seal.
d. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
e. returned products must be sent to Parentini in a single shipment. Parentini, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and sent at different times;
f. the returned products must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the products were received.
If the exchange request is exercised following the procedures and terms indicated in the previous articles, for changes coming from EU countries, Parentini will accept the return of the product at its own expense by sending the customer the procedure and the form to be given to the courier when he withdraws the goods, and will send to the customer the requested item as soon as possible, and in any case no later than thirty (30) days from receipt of the returned product.
For exchange requests from countries outside the EU, shipping costs and any customs duties will be charged to the user.
The goods must be sent to: PARENTINI Bike Wear S.r.l. - Via dei Fiori, 9 - 56020 Capanne (PI) - Italy.
Parentini will send the customer the requested item as soon as possible, and in any case no later than thirty (30) days from receipt of the returned product.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right to change are not respected, the Customer will not be entitled to change the article; however, at your expense, you will be entitled to have the products back in the state in which they were returned to Parentini.

Article 4-c - Defect on the goods purchased. Parentini guarantees to the customer the exchange of defective goods or the refund within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the products.
The customer can request the exchange of defective goods or reimbursement following the procedure specified in the customer area of the site www.parentini.com through the electronic form to be completed and send to which You should attach one or more photos proving the defect.
Parentini, once received the request of the customer will evaluate the photo (s) and will have however the right not to accept the exchange or refund if the items are damaged due to incorrect use and not for reasons due to manufacturing defects.
To exercise the right to exchange defective goods or refund it is sufficient to keep a copy of the transport document with which the goods were delivered.
Returned items that have been worn must have been washed before returning; the reception of items not properly washed could result in the return of the returned product to the sender.

The right of return in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in the previous points, is properly exercised if the following conditions are met:
a. the defective goods exchange request form or refund must be correctly completed and sent electronically to Parentini exclusively through access to the customer area of the www.parentini.com website, in the dedicated section, within sixty (60) days from receipt of the product;
b. returned products must be sent to Parentini in a single shipment. Parentini, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items of the same order, returned and sent at different times;
If the exchange request will be accepted, Parentini will return the product at his own expense by sending the customer the procedure and the form to be given to the courier upon collection, and in compliance with the customer’s request will deliver the replaced product. If the customer opts for reimbursement, Parentini will comply with the request through Paypal within thirty (30) days from the request for return.
